UPDATE - WORKOUT OF THE MONTH…

So far there have been two very brave (and strong!) ladies who have taken the challenge and survived.  He’s what they had to say afterward…

We did your treadmill workout.  OMG!!! That is one tough workout.  Thought I would puke at the 2nd 8% incline, but I figure that is the sign of a good workout.  Thanks for putting the challenge out there.  Looking forward to the next one!

Just wanted to let you know that I did the work-out today!  I finished, but I did have to stop for about 15 seconds because throwing up all over the treadmill just isn’t acceptable for me!  haha.  I am making progress though.  Hopefully I can get my act together within the 2 weeks! 

Now doesn’t that sound like fun??  They did it and so can YOU!!  Now get out there and at least TRY it and then let me know what you think.Happy Hill Climbing!!
